During Your Stay
Check-In
For arrivals during business hours of 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Saturday, keys may be picked up in the Caper Beach office. For arrivals afer business hours, a check-in envelope with your keys will be placed in our secure lockbox/safe which is located on the wall opposite the office door. Please contact the office if you will be arriving after hours. Check in time is 3:00 PM. You will receive 2 complete sets of keys to the unit. The set includes unit key, a key fob and a building key. The key fob will grant you access to the building, storage rooms, pool gate, pool restroom and community room. The building key is a backup if the key fob fails.
Check-Out
Check out time is 10 AM. You do not have to take bed linens off beds. Please remove bag and remove all trash and recyclables. Please wash all dishes and/or turn dishwasher on before you leave. Any extra cleaning and laundry charges will be charged to the credit card on file. Please drop keys in the key drop located to the left of the office door. There is a $100 charge for each set of keys not returned at time of departure.
*During the months of May - September it is Turtle Season. Please do not have any lights on outside and make sure balcony doors are closed at night as well.

Can we check in early?
Check in is at 3pm. Please call the office (239) 463-1423 for any changes in arrival.
Do you provide hairdryers?
Yes, each bathroom has a hairdryer. One has a diffuser included.​
Is there coffee?
A Keurig duo is provided. This allows for either a single serve pod or carafe brewing. Coffee, creamers, and sugar are not provided.
Are beach towels provided?
Yes, 6 beach towels are provided for pool/beach as well as white towels for bathing.
Are dishwasher pods provided?
Yes, as well as dishwashing liquid.

Is laundry detergent provided?
No, this is not provided.

What if I leave something behind after my stay?
Please contact the office at (239) 463-1423 at your earliest convenience.

How do I access the pool?
Each set of keys as a key fob that will be used to gain access to the pool as well as the building.

Are beach chairs included in the rental?
Yes, there are 6 chairs in the storage closet.

Where is the storage closet?
The storage closet is Storage Room A. It is located in the breeze way on the left of the building. You will have a key to get into the 703 storage cage.​

Is there baby gear available?
Unfortunately, there is no baby gear at this time.

Are extra pillows and blankets provided?
There are several pillows and blankets in the unit. Including a set for the queen pull out sofa.
